Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Flownomic platform operated by Flownomic LLC (“Flownomic,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Flownomic on behalf of a business, you represent that you can bind that business.

2. The service

Flownomic connects to marketing accounts you own (Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads), mirrors their data into dashboards and reports, provides a private AI connector to your data, and — on paid plans — runs AI-assisted analysis and optimization services. Features vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.

3. Your accounts and data

• You must own or be authorized to connect each account you link, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You retain all rights to your data. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service — to fetch, store, process, and display your connected data to you and to people you invite.

4. Plans, trials, and billing

• Paid subscriptions (e.g., Connect, Growth) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• New subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required; your first charge occurs when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and, after a grace period, downgrade or suspend paid features.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• connect accounts you don't own or lack authorization for;
• attempt to access another customer's data;
• resell, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs beyond your plan's intended use;
• use the service to violate any law or third-party platform terms (Google, Meta).

6. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to analyze your data and generate recommendations, content, or plans. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — review it before acting on it. You are responsible for what you publish to your own properties, including AI-drafted content you approve.

7. Third-party platforms

The service depends on third-party APIs (Google, Meta, Stripe, and others). We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions they take on your accounts. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flownomic LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other customers. On termination we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes; governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
